Refund policy

Some of our products are listed as a (Class 1A Sterile Medical Device) our line of these include but not limited to the Trade's Aid Finger Bandages. These products cannot be returned if opened as they are a sterile class 1 medical device.

Online returns and exchanges

We hope that you are pleased with your order. However, if there is a fault with the product or it is not the product that you ordered, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement product of the same value at free of charge. 

Returns will be processed within 5 to 10 business days upon receipt. In the event that a refund (excluding the initial delivery charge) is given, it will be made against the original debit/credit card used.

We cannot accept returned goods that we believe have been used or opened. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and we will return such goods to you.  

Returns process

Email us at info@tradesaidbandages.com with your receipt and all the details of why you would like to return your product.

Return the goods to us in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the parcel is properly sealed and secured and ensure the original invoice details are included in the package. We will process the return within 5 to 10 business days of receipt then contact you via email.
